Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there were disputes between the neighbours and scuffling took place, consequent to which there were certain injuries sustained by the victim.

Learned advocate for the State has produced the Case Diary.

I have perused the materials appearing in the Case Diary and on an assessment of the same, I am of the view that custodial detention of the petitioner may not be warranted in

the facts and circumstances of the case. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. As such, I direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the investigating officer/arresting officer of the case and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and/or under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

Accordingly, CRM (A) 936 of 2025 is allowed.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
