The petitioner was granted interim bail by an order dated December 4, 2023. From time to time, such order was extended. The order was last directed to be in operation till November 15, 2024.

We have heard learned Counsel for the parties. The petitioner has adhered to the conditions of bail. We are told that beyond filing of charge sheet, there has been no progress in the trial.

Under those circumstances, we confirm the interim bail on the same conditions on which the interim bail was granted.

CRM (NDPS) 830 of 2023 is disposed of.
