None appears for the petitioners at the time of call. However, learned counsel appearing for the State places reliance on a photocopy of a coordinate Bench order dated December 05, 2022 to indicate that a similar prayer of the petitioners was rejected by the said order of the coordinate Bench. Hence, it is submitted that the present application is not maintainable.

In view of such submission of the State, we are inclined to dismiss the present application.

Accordingly, CRM (A) 774 of 2022 is dismissed in the light of the above observations.
