Considering the nature of the offence and the fact that the victim girl, who was 14 years of age at the time of alleged incident, became pregnant thereafter, we are not inclined to grant the for prayer for bail. C.R.M.(DB) 460 of 2022 is accordingly rejected in terms of the above.
