Case No. 01/2024 dated 03.01.2024 under Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 read with Sections 341/323/326/307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner prays for bail on the ground of prolonged incarceration and on the ground that the victim and the de facto complainant have been examined.

Learned Advocate for the State vehemently opposes the prayer and produces the case diary.

We have gone through the examination-in-chief and crossexamination of the victim made before the trial court. We have perused the materials on record.
