1. By an order dated January 27, 2025, a Coordinate Bench, as a last opportunity, had directed the appellant to cure the defects positively within two weeks "failing which the appeal shall be dismissed without further reference to this Court."

2. Today, nobody appears for the appellant.

3. Learned Advocate for the respondents says that no step has been taken by the appellant for curing the defects i.e. no application for condonation of delay has been filed. However, citing pendency of this appeal, the appellant is seeking adjournments before the learned Executing Court.

4. We have noted above that a Coordinate Bench had given a last opportunity to the appellant to cure the defects. In view of the

conduct of the appellant, she having taken no steps for curing the defects, this appeal stands dismissed.

5. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
