As directed by the order dated January 04, 2023, Ms. Namita Karati, the Panchayat Pradhan, Fulbari-I Gram Panchayat, Haripur, the respondent no.7 herein, is personally present before this Court. She is represented by her learned advocate, Ms.
Matan Chakraborty.
Further personal appearance of the said respondent is dispensed with.
Ms. Chakraborty files photocopy of the minutes of the Special meeting of the said Gram Panchayat held on September 16, 2022 at 3.30. P.M. wherefrom it appears that on the complaint of the petitioner, a meeting of the members of the said Gram Panchayat was held. The petitioner
and the respondent no. 8 were present in the said meeting.
In the said meeting, the respondent no. 8 was directed to produce all documents relating to the alleged unauthorized construction and it was further resolved that the representatives of the Gram Panchayat would inspect the locale and till such time, the respondent no. 8 was directed not to carry out any construction work.
The respondent no. 7 is directed to expedite the disposal of the said complaint of the petitioner in accordance with law by a reasoned order expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order after giving all concerned parties an opportunity of being heard.
WPA 3426 of 2022 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
