3. Commercial quantity of YABA tablets were seized from the possession of the petitioner. The seized articles constitute commercial quantity of contraband within the meaning of Act of 1985.

4. Petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

5. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6. CRM (NDPS) 556 of 2025 is dismissed.
