The petitioner is alleging that he is unable to execute the construction works as per the sanctioned building plan due to obstructions caused by the respondent no.8 and is praying intervention of the Siliguri Municipal Corporation.

Mr. Paul, learned Advocate for the respondent no. 8 submits that series of litigations between the petitioner and his client are pending.

The dispute sought to be canvassed in the present writ petition is purely of civil

nature, the Siliguri Municipal Corporation has no role to play in the said dispute.

WPA 2564 of 2024 is dismissed as not maintainable without any order as to costs.
