Learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company submits that in paragraph no. 12, line nos. 2 and 3, the words 'claimant' should be read as 'appellant'.

In view of the above, in paragraph no. 12, line nos. 2 and 3 the words 'claimant' shall be replaced as 'appellant'.

4.

This order shall be treated as a part of the order dated May 13, 2026.
