Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case as the petitioner had given loan and the couple having failed to repay the same has foisted a criminal case against the present petitioner. Learned advocate for the State has produced the Case Diary, Case Diary contains the statement of the victim under Section 183 of the BNSS as well as the statement of the husband of the victim. There are some corroboration in the statements of the victim as well as her husband.

Having considered the same, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in CRM (A) 944 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
