The death of the victim was accidental.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor hands over the case diary and opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. Investigation is at its nascent stage.

We have considered the post mortem report. From the materials available, we are not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
