The defacto-complainant is represented and submits that the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is ill motivated. It is also alleged that the charges against the petitioner are serious in nature and the victim had died within one year of marriage.

In view of the above, CRM (DB) 671 of 2024 stands dismissed as not pressed.
