Heard Ms. Jeenia Rudra, learned counsel for the accused petitioner and Mr. Ujjal Luksom, learned counsel representing the State.

Charge-Sheet since has been submitted under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code against the accused person I am inclined to admit the accused person on bail subject to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mekhliganj, Coochbehar who will be at liberty to impose such condition so as to ensure the presence of accused person before the Trial Court.

It is submitted by the learned counsel representing the petitioner that the accused person is working for a business man in Mekhliganj.

4. Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mekhliganj may consider to ask that gentleman to stand as surety, if necessary.

The application being C.R.M.(SB) No. 21 of 2023 is, thus, disposed of.
