1. Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner and others had harassed the victim lady. As a result, she consumed poison. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioner in the crime.

3. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
