Commercial quantity of narcotics were seized from the possession of the petitioner.
In view of the fact that commercial quantity of narcotics were seized from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner
is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985.
The decision of the cordinate Bench was rendered in the facts and circumstances of that case. We are not favoured with the contents of the Case Diary of those cases. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.
CRM (NDPS) 848 of 2023 is rejected.
