1. In support of the application for bail, learned advocate for the petitioner submits before this court that considering the period of detention and also considering the slow progress of the trial, the instant application for bail may be considered preferably.

2. While opposing the prayer for bail, learned advocate for the State has handed over a write up dated 01.02.2024 as prepared by Range Officer, Jaldapara West Range, Jaldapara Wildlife Division, from which it reveals that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the case has been fixed for examination of the accused person under Section 313 Cr.P.C. It reveals further that sufficient incriminating materials

have been seized from the possession of the present petitioner. This court is also satisfied with the progress of the trial.

3. Considering the entire circumstances, prayer for bail is considered and rejected.
