The petitioner appears in person and seeks to withdraw the writ petition (Habeas Corpus) on the ground that the petitioner intends to file appropriate proceedings before the Court.

We find from the records that a Coordinate Bench passed a direction on 23rd February, 2024 directing mediation to be held between the parties and also request a learned former Judge of this Court to act as the Mediator in the instant case. The matter was made returnable on 5th March, 2024. The matter has been listed today at the instance of the petitioner.

WPA(H)/7/2023 along with all connected applications are dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
