Appellant had assailed order rejecting bail dated 28.11.2023 in CRA(DB) 73 of 2023. The said appeal was disposed of by a coordinate Bench presided over by one of us (Joymalya Bagchi, J) vide order dated 16.5.2024. The said order had not been assailed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and has become final. Again the appellant has assailed the self-same order rejecting bail in the present appeal.

In light of the aforesaid facts we are of the opinion the present appeal is not maintainable. That apart the appeal is also barred by limitation.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
