1. The petitioner is the husband. He prays for anticipatory bail. He submits that his name was not mentioned in the complaint. The main allegation is against the mother-in-law.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the state produces the case diary and opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

3. We have considered the allegations in the complaint. The investigation is not complete. The petitioner is the husband. There are allegations that the victim was facing mental torture in her matrimonial home. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this stage.
