The State of West Bengal Due to inadvertent typographical mistake in the judgment and order dated 28th April, 2025, which is corrected as under :- The phrase "Ld. P.P. submits" appearing in the first line of paragraph 13 and "learned public prosecutor" appearing in the first and second lines of paragraph 14 of the said judgment and order be substituted by "Ld. A.A.G. submits" and "learned Additional Advocate General for the State".

Let the corrections be incorporated and be made part of the judgment and order dated 28th April, 2025 and other portion of the said judgment and order shall remain unaltered.

Certified copy of the order dated 28th March, 2025, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly.
