The grievance of the petitioners is that their lands have been exploited for the construction of road without paying any compensation to them.

2667/CZP/2023 dated November 29, 2023 and a copy of the proposal for purchase of the land for construction of road at Baro Soulmari, Ghoskadanga, District : Cooch Behar bearing Memo No.2565/CZP/DLPC/ 2023 dated November 08, 2023, let those documents be kept with the record.

Mr.

Saha submits that the compensation to the owners of the lands exploited for the said project would be paid within six months from date.

In view of such development, the grievance of the petitioners has been addressed, as such no further order(s) need be passed in this matter.

WPA 2580 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
