3. The petitioner prays for consideration of his prayer by the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Kalimpong. There is no proof of service of the representation in the office of the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Kalimpong.

4. If any representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Kalimpong in accordance with law at the earliest. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
