Grievance of the petitioner is failure on the part of the Child Development Project Officer, Rajganj, ICDS Project, Rajgang, Jalpaiguri in disclosing marks awarded to the petitioner who participated in the selection process for being appointed as Anganwadi Worker under Rajgang ICDS Project, Jalpaiguri.

Learned advocate representing the Staterespondents has submitted a document signed by the concerned Child Development Project Officer on 10th December, 2024 wherefrom it appears that

under the category of the petitioner cut off marks was 69.62 whereas petitioner was awarded 62.31. It is also stated therein that petitioner was awarded 54 marks in written test and 8.31 marks in viva voce. Having considered the document signed on 10th December, 2024 by the concerned CDPO it appears that the petitioner did not come within the zone of consideration.

Since on presenting this writ petition grievance of the petitioner as ventilated is non disclosure of marks awarded to her, this Court finds no purpose would be subserved in keeping this writ petition pending.

Hence, writ petition stands disposed of.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law if she is dissatisfied with the marks awarded to her. Relevant documents including one which is signed by the concerned CDPO on 10th December, 2024 is taken on record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
