The matter has been repeatedly adjourned on 7th December, 2024 and 24th December, 2024 respectively at the instance of the petitioner.

It is obvious that the petitioner is neither serious nor diligent in proceeding with this application and is simply forum shopping. The State is represented and submits that an amount of the contraband goods in excess of the commercial quantity was found from the possession of both the petitioners.

In view of the above, CRM(NDPS)/564/2024 stands dismissed for default.
