It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the School Service Commission has issued recommendation of transfer in favour of the petitioner. The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education shall issue orders of transfer immediately upon receipt of copy of the recommendation from the Commission, which may be also communicated by the petitioner. 2.

Needless to mention the aforesaid order of transfer and the appointment itself to the petitioner shall abide by the result of the SLP pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of the above, CPAN 83 of 2024 is disposed of.
