It appears on the face of the record that the order as above has been passed on consent, so far as the appointment of Survey Passed Commissioner for surveying the alleged encroachment of the plaintiff's land in L.R. Plot no. 122, is concerned.

Hence, I find little or no scope to challenge the said order on consent by any of the parties. Therefore, the present revision is found to be bereft of any merit and requires to be dismissed being not maintainable.

Accordingly, CO/217/2024 is dismissed.
