Since opposite parties are represented, the petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the application along with annexure thereto upon the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties in course of this day.

The petitioners seek expeditious disposal of the application filed by them before the learned Trial Court under Order 39 Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure in Title Suit No. 497 of 2022.

Petitioners' prayer is innocuous.

In view of the above, the learned Trial Court is directed to consider and dispose of the application filed by the petitioners under Order 39 Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure in Title Suit No. 497 of 2022 on the next date of hearing fixed before him and if the same is not possible due to some unforeseen circumstances, within

a month thereafter, upon granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to both the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

The revisional application being C.O.No. 218 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
