Grievance of the petitioner is though she participated in the recruitment process for being selected as Anganwadi worker in Jalpaiguri district, result of the petitioner for her participation in the selection process has not been disclosed.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that petitioner participated in the written examination held on 3rd December, and subsequently appeared in the interview which was held on 24th February, 2024

but when ultimately provisional merit list of 313 candidates was prepared and published petitioner's name did not feature in the said list. Petitioner made an application under Right to Information Act dated 29th November, 2024 but that has not been responded to. The Child Development Project Officer, Jalpaiguri Sadar I.C.D.S. Project being respondent no. 4 is directed to supply information to the petitioner based on application of the petitioner dated 29th November, 2024 by thirty days from the date of communication of this order.

Writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
