Learned Advocate for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant writ petition to avail of the waiver scheme under Section 128A of the Central Goods And Services Tax Act, 2017 (for short the 2017 Act).

In view of the above, this writ petition, WPA 2658 of 2023 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the waiver provision laid down under Section 128A of the 2017 Act.
