In the last paragraph of the second page of the order "Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Siliguri" be read as "Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Siliguri". The department is directed to incorporate necessary correction accordingly.

This order be treated as part of the order passed on 18th February, 2026.
