Petitioner is in custody for 137 days. He submits that he has been falsely implicated. Accordingly, he prays for bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a deaf and dumb girl. She contends that petitioner lured her out of the house by offering Rs.500/- and molested her. 4.

In light of the aforesaid incriminating materials, nature of crime and vulnerability of the victim we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
