Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a migrant worker who has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case and on any stringent conditions he may be released on anticipatory bail. On the other hand learned advocate for the State has produced the Case Diary which reflects that it was in the petitioner's motorcycle the accused along with another who were seen and taken to nearby remote railway area.

Having considered the gravity of the offence, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting relief as prayed for.

As such, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in CRM (A) 971 of 2025 is rejected.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
