We have considered the material on record.

Statements of witnesses show petitioner was cultivating cannabis plants. Police officer seized the cannabis plants on his father's land.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
