1. The authority appears to be ready to pay the amount payable in respect of late Kshitish Chandra Roy, to Amalesh Chandra Roy. Amalesh Chandra Roy claims to be the sole heir of the deceased Kshitish Chandra Roy, in favour of whom an order directing payment of arrear pension was passed by the High Court dated July 4, 2022, in WPA 1507 of 2022.

2. Accordingly, the money shall be disbursed to Amalesh Chandra Roy, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of.

4. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
