Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has instructions not to proceed with the application for anticipatory bail.
Learned advocate appearing for the State points out that the subject-matter relates to fake Indian currency notes. Having considered the prayer advanced on behalf of the petitioner, the application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 978 of 2025, is dismissed as not pressed. The aforesaid order will not prevent the Investigating Officer of the case to take steps against the petitioner in accordance with law.
