1. Investigating Officer is present in Court pursuant to the earlier direction of the coordinate Bench.

2. Grounds canvassed for bail are that, the ground of arrest was not made known to the petitioner and that, the quality of the narcotics not specified.

3. State is represented.

4. Case Diary establishes that, the petitioner signed the memo of the arrest which contains all particulars.

5. Given the memo of arrest and its content as appearing in the case diary, it cannot be conclusively said that, petitioner was not aware of the grounds of arrest.

6. Tramadol which is covered under the NDPS Act, 1985 was seized from the possession of the petitioner. The quantity seized is commercial in nature. FSL report establishes that, the seized articles are covered under the schedule Act of 1985.

7. Petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

8. Prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

9. CRM (NDPS) 627 of 2025 is dismissed.
