1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a notice has been issued under Section 35 of the B.N.S against both the petitioners. It is submitted that they will be complying with the notice. The petitioners are husband and wife.
3. In view of the notice having been issued since at the moment there is no apprehension of arrest, the application is accordingly disposed of.
