1. Application contains renewal prayer for grant of bail.

2. Earlier application for grant of bail was rejected on October 31, 2025.

3. Police filed charge-sheet on August 22, 2025.

4. Rejection therefore was subsequent to the filing of the charge-sheet by the police.

5. Materials in the Case Diary demonstrate that, commercial quantity of Ganja was seized from the joint possession of the petitioner.

6. Petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the N.D.P.D. Act, 1985.

7. In such circumstances, prayer for grant of bail is rejected.

8. CRM (NDPS) 628 of 2025 is dismissed.
