1. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the report of the QDED, CID, West Bengal.

2. The report indicates that the signatures on the vakalatnama dated 1st December, 2022 are forged. The report is considered and returned back to the Investigating Officer through the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. It is ordered that the report in final form in the investigation be submitted to the Magistrate concerned and be placed before this Court on the adjourned date, within a period of one month from date.
