On perusal of the complaint dated 6th December, 2024 which is pages 15 to 18 of the writ petition, it appears that though attempt has been made to make out a case of threatening the petitioner based on ownership of a shop but the issue centers around title over the shop in question. Therefore, issue involved in this writ petition is civil in nature which cannot be adjudicated by giving direction upon concerned police authorities. If petitioner has grievance with regard to claim of the other side relating to
title of the shop, petitioner shall be at leave to approach appropriate civil court for obtaining declaration of title over the shop in question. Hence, writ petition stands dismissed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
