Petitioner is in custody for 289 days. Accordingly, he renews his bail prayer.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. 3.
We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of petitioner was rejected in August, 2024 on merits. Thereafter, charge-sheet has been filed.

Under such circumstances, we find no merit to consider to the bail prayer afresh either on merits or on the score of delay at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
