Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent of the charges and has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, draws the attention of the Court to the injury report as well as the fact that intentionally the petitioner after calling the injured at the spot, pushed him so that he would be injured after falling from the Bridge.

I have taken into account the materials appearing in the case diary as well as the period for which the petitioner is evading the process of law. Having regard to the same, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for extending the

privilege of anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. As such, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 982 of 2025, is, thus, dismissed.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
