This application is filed for a direction upon the learned Trial Court to dispose of the Title Suit No. 177 of 2025 expeditiously.

Upon perusing the records, it appears that the suit instituted in the year 2025 and the learned Trial Judge has already fixed the matter on 05.03.2026 for P.H.

Thus, this Court does not find any delay of the learned Trial Judge in the proceeding with the suit. However, as it is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner who is the defendant before the learned Trail Court that the injunction application is already disposed of and the petitioner/defendant is suffering from an interim order, this Court requests the learned Trail Judge to

dispose of the suit within nine (09) months from next date fixed.

With this observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.
