2. The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent no. 6, the Chairman of Mal Municipality and the respondent of authorities of Mal Municipality to immediate paying and/or releasing the said amount/money of Rs.45,59,432/- to the petitioner.

3. In course of hearing, it appears that the petitioner has preferred several representations before the respondent no. 6 but till date the said representation has not been considered by the said authority.

4. Considering the said fact, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 6 shall make all endeavour to consider and

dispose of the representation of the petitioner within 60 days from the date of this order, in accordance with law.
