Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner has approached this Court as he was aggrieved by non-consideration of the communication made to the police authorities dated 02.12.2024 in respect of certain accusations made therein.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Matigara Police Station Case No. 07/2025 dated 03.01.2025 has already been registered by the concerned police station which was on the basis of the

said complaint received by the police station on 04.12.2024.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 5 and 6 submits that there have been suppression of facts as the private respondents have intimated the ownership association and thereafter taken steps in cooperation with the police authorities. As such, there is no scope for any cognizable offence having been made out.

Having regard to the scope of the present writ petition, I am of the opinion that mere submissions will not enure any benefit to either of the parties as the investigating agency is already in seisin of the matter. It is the investigating agency to unearth the truth or falsity of the accusations made in the complaint. As such, the investigation having been commenced should be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 2672 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
