4. Commercial quantity of narcotics were seized from the joint possession of the petitioner.

5. In fact, 281 gms of brown sugar was recovered.

6. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on August 14, 2025. There is hardly any material change in the circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection.

7. In such circumstances, I am not minded to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

9. CRM (NDPS) 649 of 2025 is dismissed.
