Mr. Chakraborty, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that during pendency of the revisional application charge-sheet has been submitted before the learned jurisdictional court, which

incorporates amongst others the present petitioner as an accused.

The petitioner approached this court at a stage when the investigation of the case was pending. Presently, there has been change of circumstance as the investigating agency has concluded the investigation and submitted chargesheet before the learned jurisdictional court. Accordingly, at this stage, it would not be fit and proper to interfere with the prayers advanced by the petitioner.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this court afresh after receipt of the documents under Section 207 of the Cr.P.c.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 326 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
