1. None appears for the parties at the time of call.

2. It transpires from the order dated March 16, 2026 that on the prayer of the learned Advocate for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned till the then next Circuit. A similar exercise was repeated subsequently when on April 07, 2026, also on the prayer of the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed before the next Circuit.

3. Since the petitioner is unrepresented today as well, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in moving the matter.

4. Accordingly, CO 231 of 2025 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.
