1. The writ petition has been filed alleging that the police authorities have not taken steps despite order of the learned Civil Judge, directing the police authorities to implement the order of injunction.

2. In Title Suit No.161 of 2025, by an ad interim order of injunction the defendants were restrained from interfering with the peaceful possession of the plaintiff. The plaintiff filed an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure praying for implementation of the order by alleging that the defendants had tried to enter into the land and dispossess the plaintiff.

3. The police authorities have filed a report and it appears that an F.I.R. has been lodged. It also appears that several prosecutions have been initiated against the defendants. From the report of the police authorities it appears there at present no violation of the ad interim injunction has taken place. The report filed by the police authorities is taken on record.

4. Under such circumstances, the investigation may continue in accordance with law and the petitioner has a remedy before the learned civil court, in case of any further violation.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

6. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
